Having problems of players being able to cross the border while riding horses. Once they dismount they get tp'd back. but they are still able to ride around beyond it.

Running Chunky 1.4.10 Chunkyborder 1.2.13 Paper 1.21.1

Are there any other plugins installed? This should be fixed already.
