UD-1212-R to Intuos5 S Driver Issue #2

After flashing the "UD-1212-R to Intuos5 S.tmpl.txt" the tablet is not recognized by the Wacom-Driver. (6.3.14-1 to 6.3.18-5 / Win10 x64)

Any suggestions? The Tablet works when I disable the Wacom driver and just use the windows standard driver. But then I have no abbility to configure and the angle of the pen is not recognized. Windows recognize it as Wacom Intuos5 Touch

Well, now I'm late too. I guess I solved it somehow, but I do not remember well. Sorry :)
