Added the DetermineSQLLogin Method to the Installation_Test.java file that incorporates the LoginInfo.xml and LoginInfoTemplate.xml information from data-integration/Project/Database-IO/target/downloads.
Updated the Login Information section found under Installation_Test and Database-IO directories to provide further instructions on how to update your username and password to login to SQL from the test.
