Smaller Default Wallpaper #5

I used ffmpeg to reduce the wallpaper size to about 82% of what it was without any noticeable artifacts. Total size reduction: 95.5 kb to 78.2 kb.

I noticed the lower part of the mountain is ever so slightly blurrier, but I can barely tell the difference even with them side-by-side, so this should be fine. Thanks!
