Having some issues #771

The app keeps crashing, and I get the "app isn't responding" dialog almost every few seconds. Both computer and my phone, which I made sure are updated fully. There's no option to change the API like the FAQ on the reddit page suggests, either. I got into a movie one time, and it was all glitchy, then crashed again. Am I doing something wrong? Note 20 ultra (SD variant) android 11 One UI v3.1
