pt-BR bug #28

if i type: http://get-popcorn.com/?lang=pt-br does not work but if i type: http://get-popcorn.com/?lang=pt-BR works

pt-BR.php is the name of the language file

so I think the link should be pt-BR or the file with the name pt-br
