RPi 3 Model B Rev. 1.2 connected to 4K Android TV (Sony Bravia KD-43XE8077) via HDMI
GPU memory set to 256 MB
H.264 stream with variable bitrate at 15 fps
change to constant bitrate did not help

Used command: omxplayer --live --refresh --video_queue 4 --fps 15 --win 0,0,1280,720 'rtsp://xx:yyyy@192.168.100.21:554/Streaming/Channels/103/'
