Fixed "deprecation reasons" list formatting to display as list

Longer version
The existing README.md had - in the plain text version - a multi-line explanation of the reason for deprecation, but this was shown as a run-on single line in the rendered markdown. I converted that to a list. I also made the notice itself bold, and returned the "omxplayer(1)..." header to the top line (per markdown document best practices).
