[ ] Update html with content for additional two tabs in the reference implementation (reviews, shipping & policies)
- [ ] display: none by default
- [ ] includeclass='active'on item details panel; sets panel todisplay: block`
[ ] Style with Sass as appropriate
[ ] Wire up JavaScript event listener for tab click and toggling correct panel to display
