Unable to read PNGs or SVGs #2

When I try to read a PNG or SVG image, I get an error message like this example:

Error while creating node fr.inria.built-in.Read: Could not find a decoder to read png file format.

Ubuntu 19.10

Thanks for the issue report @mssever - how exactly do you reproduce this error?

  1. Install the snap
  2. Start Natron
  3. Attempt to add a read node. I only tested PNGs and SVGs--I have no idea if other types have issues.

The error happens every time, without fail. It seems like there might be a missing dependency or something--or at least that's what I would suspect for a .deb. When it comes to snaps, I'm fairly ignorant.

I'm now running from upstream, where this issue doesn't occur, and where fortunately there's no sandbox.
