Shutter-snap only in English Language #5

I am very happy with this snap: Shutter 0.94.3 The default language of my computer is "nl", but unfortunately this snap is in English. The translations files for Shutter are installed in: /snap/shutter/27/share/shutter/resources/po/shutter/nl.po /snap/shutter/27/share/shutter/resources/po/shutter-plugins/nl.po /snap/shutter/27/share/shutter/resources/po/shutter-upload-plugins/nl.po

Is it possible for you to make a new snap that will use these translations files?

Will not accept Japanese input via fcitx either.
