Offer a version (could be named sosumi-xl) that utilizes more disk space (preferably somewhere around 128GB-256GB).

Hello , any fix yet? can't install Xcode because of the limited size.

Don describes how you can do it in his video, only downside is it has to be done before you install Mac OS.

It's possible to increase the size after you've installed the OS. You just resize the virtual disk using the qemu-img command shown in Don's video then you resize the container within MacOS (you may want to do that in recovery) and you're done.
