Cannot find compute_pairwise_coalescence_times.py #22

There is a section in "tools" in which a compute_pairwise_coalescence_times.py script is used to calculate pairwise coalescent rates between one haplotype and the others. But there is no file called like that in any of the directories, can this be?

Hi Lukas,

Thanks for your message. It seems like I forgot to upload the file to

the GitHub repo. I am traveling now and don’t have access to my laptop. I will get back to you this Friday. Sorry about that!

Best,

Yun

Hi, thank you very much. Just as a side info: the compute_traces.py is also not uploaded.

YunDeng98 commented 1 month ago

@Luker121 I believe compute_traces.py is in the SINGER/SINGER/SINGER folder, but the other function is indeed nowhere to be found. I'll reupload from my own laptop a bit later.

@Luker121 compute_pairwise_coalescence_times.py uploaded too.
