thank you very much. Just as a side info: the compute_traces.py
is also not uploaded.
@Luker121 I believe compute_traces.py
is in the SINGER/SINGER/SINGER folder, but the other function is indeed nowhere to be found. I'll reupload from my own laptop a bit later.
