Giving it a try at the moment. Using in conjunction with https://github.com/opencivicdata/municipal-scrapers-us.

I.e. take the scrapers popolo output, access it via the popolo-engine models (not using the UI at the moment), and apply popolo adapters that I'm writing to transform the data to askthem's existing models.

I have a couple more PRs in the works for you.
