Resume class to capture some qualifications of MPs

Fields to store:

• skills
• edu and professional qualifications
• key work experience

Why?

• To collect structured data and display basic qualifications of politicians
• To help users search and understand the qualifications & skill sets of elected representatives
• What are skill sets of elected MPs? legal, economic, accounting/finance, software development, medical etc.
• What is the edu history if any of MPs?
• What is the brief work history if any of MPs?

This is not meant to be full implementation of a complete resume, which can be included in biography field or linked to elsewhere.

W3C RDF DOAC seems to be inaccessible, but relevant https://jsonresume.org seems to be good enough.
