Add Person.pronouns property #133

Don't use gender field to determine personal pronouns, use pronouns field instead.
pronouns should be an array not a string
avoid manual numbering for markdown list
mention this is a list/array in the description
feat: Person.pronouns is an array of strings
docs: Update changelog

It is not necessary to specify "optional". All properties are optional. I'll remove it.

The blockquotes are to demonstrate the use case for the properties. They are not to discuss the possible values, etc. There is already a heading on Gender later down. That section can be updated via a new issue or PR is there is something to address. I've updated the use cases.
