Provide 2 options to NPAIRS users:
(i) allow thresholding to automatically determine mask a la PLS
(ii) if no mask is included and thresholding is either not chosen or set to 0, 
let all voxels be included in mask

These options are already available in datamat-based (i.e., 'event-related') 
NPAIRS, just like in PLS.
