Test PLS datamat generation and analysis when runs are not merged #165

If 'Within Runs' is selected in session files, data is not supposed to merged 
across runs but only within each run.  This means that if you have, say, 5 
conditions and 4 runs, you will have 20 averaged scans in your datamat (for a 
given timepoint); if 'Across Runs' is selected, you will only have 5 averaged 
scans in your datamat (per timepoint).
Need to verify that output matches PLS Matlab.
