R vs P plot csv files: suffix check not done so 'csv' keeps getting appended #186

Suffix '.csv' always appended to file name in file save browser window, even if 
file name already contains suffix '.csv'.  This leads to file names like: 
'rVSp_CV1-4.csv.csv.csv.csv.'
