Saved nifti images in nifti extractor randomly zero out voxels. #189

Compare saved nifti image to image in results viewer; note that some individual 
voxels are zeros in saved image. Saving result images in .mat results file 
using a different tool, e.g. jimmy's save_(untouch)_nii.m, does not result in 
zeroed-out voxels.

Report from Mac user (OS10.6): nifti extractor has issues. Need to investigate 
further.
