What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save NPAIRS result volumes as Nifti files
2. Try to view using Mango (v. ?) on MNI 1mm 152avg brain underlay
3. Try to view in Mango on MNI NTI underlay
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Viewing over NTI brain: no problem
Viewing over 152 brain: messed up
Reported by Cheryl Grady for specific dataset preprocessed using a variety of
tools including SPM (v. ?) and then converted post-hoc to Nifti files before
being used to produce datamats. Probably a problem with strange header
information saved in converted Nifti files? Should speak to Cheryl to get
sample data and reproduction of problem.
