Investigate origin problem in results file #58

'origin' info is recorded in results files and used to determine origin of
brain measurements in mm.  I think it's read in from input scan header. 
Sometimes (e.g. RRSD normalized data (Nifti .img/hdr format)) origin is
given as 256,0,0 and results viewer crashes.
