Disable "apply" button in settings when no changes have been made #33

Many settings have been visible enough to not really need that, but it can be annoying not knowing if things like new keyboard shortcuts are applied or not.

Actually, this will probably not be worth the additional complexity. Would have to listen to every action that could cause settings to change, and with the current approach that would be finicky.
