I suggest writing one article before the event and one after. Just put together our idea, goal, and motivation to have this event. We can publish it under our profiles.

Before event:

goal
motivation
idea
details about the event + invitation
add pictures from the venue + event page

After event:

how it was (goal fulfilled)
what we did/talked about
who came (maybe some short insights about people attending the event)
add pictures from the event
what are our plans next? (they don't need to be specific, just abstract)
