start an FAQ page in the docs #671

Lots of nice new ideas are coming up on slack. Two initial entries for the FAQ could be

Any thoughts on where this should go in the docs organizationally?

Hmm... good question... maybe after development, but before changelogs?

Also, how will we maintain adding to the FAQ? Just as time goes on contributors write an issue for good question from slack or somewhere else? Any more formal criteria?

Sounds good to me! Maybe the F in FAQ should be >= twice, with a lower threshold for mistakes also made by devs?
