Fix Commands #61

Revert the progress of commands like /heal /lobby invite etc,

Heal: The cooldown is applied both the potion sickness and the server-side cooldown despite not having access/being on cooldown

Lobby Invite: The server tells the user "Invitation sent" only to return "User" not found a few moment later

Like, give the debuff/cooldown after it has successfully ran
