Command torrent-add #4

Able to add torrent without transmission autodownload function, because several torrents added same time freezes Transmission on Mac OS.

transmission-cli torrent-add [http://torrent-url | /path/to/file.torrent]

Maybe add automatic call of clean-torrents with same name before add.
