Sliders always show on top #318

Love the sliders but they always appear to show on top in Chrome - when I 
open a dialog box and move it over a slider, the sliders show on top of the 
dialog box.

What version of gwt and gwt-incubator are you using? July 14 2009

What OS and browser are you using? Windows / Chrome

Do you see this error in hosted mode, web mode, or both?
Only in Chrome not in hosted mode, IE 7 OK

(If possible, please include a test case that shows the problem)

Hopefully using the test case you have generously provided, what steps will 
reproduce the problem?
