Support vars comply with seqr needs #361

Fixes

Minimised Seqr script fails to import correctly

Proposed Changes

replaces the support_vars contents for SVs with the Seqr-appropriate link
this change fixes the seqr-links for comp-het SVs in the report, as well as the direct Seqr upload
updates the seqr-minimiser script to comply with the Seqr feature as implemented
