Azure 02-03-2023 #273

Changes required to successfully deploy azure. Includes new address for the CI hook.

I've already updated the github secret CI_TOKEN_AZURE to the new correct value for CI.

Well technically it's still a PR on upstream. But I wanted the fix in our repo now in case (and I hope not) we have to do this again. On a merge from upstream there just won't be a diff once it gets approved.
