Ancestry Plots relies on input_datasets, which will be deprecated #706

input_datasets will be deprecated, and replaced with input_cohorts.

Ancestry plots relies on this param existing https://github.com/populationgenomics/production-pipelines/blob/0ee315ef5de6c390cfa834057a219268c04d76d3/cpg_workflows/large_cohort/ancestry_plots.py#L99

This code needs to be updated accordingly.
