Investigate why some candidates were added to the MN - U.S. Senate - General Race

The following politicians were somehow added to the MN - U.S. Senate - General race:

• Terri Benson
• Eric Seanger
• Nicole Burg
• Evelyn Martini
• Robert Knettel Jr.
• Alan Schulzetenberg
• Patty Hartmann

These guys were all from 2023, and all ran for local races. I checked if they were in the FEC data, and also in the 2024 MN SoS filings, but they weren't. Some of them were in the same race in 2023, but not all of them.

We should double check how Race Candidate rows are being created, because I can't figure out why these politicians were added to this race - the race_candidate entries were all created on 6/26/24.
