Politician Accounts

Allow Politicians to create an account that has Politician relevant permissions.

Requirements:

• Create their own organization that is their campaign
• Has permissions to edit their Politician Page
• Verification should be handled by the email we have for them in our DB
  • We'll manually send out a direct link to Politician's email to automatically have them opt into the creation of a Politician org
• Politician's organizations will not have paid features so they can't create their own embeds
• If a Politician is in a Candidate Guide, that Guide should show up in their Dashboard, but should be "view only", and not have edit permissions
  • basic configuration for the embed should apply, like adjusting the height
  • but they should not be able to add questions, close/open submissions, edit responses, etc.
