We would like to be able to use mia even if the environment variables… #266

… for FreeSurfer exist on the host (mia_processes/issues/17).

Tested with 2 processes, from nipype or without nipype (mia_processes.bricks.preprocess.freesurfer.Binarize and mia_processes.bricks.preprocess.freesurfer.SynthStrip respectively), and with environment variables for freesurfer or not.

The issue seems to be fixed.
