Do we provide convenience methods to run FSL, Freesurfer etc ? #335

In Capsul v2, we could use capsul.in_context.fsl, capsul.in_context.spm, capsul.in_context.freesurfer etc to easily run these external software using their configuration. These modules have been removed from Capsul v3. Do we plan to reimplement them in capsul, and how ? Some code cannot be ported to capsul v3 at the moment because of these modules missing.

These features are used in processes so I'd say we need them...
