Using count table and MIA window together #147

Expected behavior It would be great if we can use the main MIA's window even when the count table windows is open. This would facilitate the database check up

Actual behavior So far, when the count table is open, user cannot use the main window

I set the modal settings of the count table to False, it will be possible to interact with MIA while the popup is open but the data from the count table will not be updated if a change is made.
