Increse code coverage in 0.2%. #256

Le champ "Tag type" à l'intérieur de la feature "Add tag" n'était pas complètement testé. Une simple boucle for change les "Tag types" et augmente la couverture des UT pour le package python/populse_mia/user_interface/pop_ups.py.
