From the PyCrypto home page:

This software is no longer maintained.

PyCrypto 2.x is unmaintained, obsolete, and contains security vulnerabilities.

Shouldn't we refer explicitly to PyCryptodome instead? https://github.com/populse/soma-base/blob/c25a595dc0c9bf41d52fa3616975b46b141308b4/python/soma/crypt.py#L1-L9
