it wont lemme change the place that its at

just not letting me change it (im also on lunar client if that also gives reasons)

Sorry for the late reply, I've been focusing on other projects lately. Have you tried using the Mod Menu mod? The only ways to change the position of the HUD is via the config file or the Mod Menu and Cloth Config mods. I explain it in more detail here.
