CSV file grow about 7-10 MB each day which is unsustainable with Thailand COVID-19 cases skyrocketing.
Will take a long time to download 100 MB+ file via GitHub Actions which could cause a lot of delay in updating.
Use excel dataset to save time and space which reduces file size to only 20% of CSV.
The drawback of using excel is it took a long time for pandas to read.
