Not all countries are available in CountryInfo.all() #26

Hello

I can't found all countries in CountryInfo. Here is the list of countries code I haven't found: AD, AQ, MM, BQ, CW, BV, AX, TC, VG, VI, UM, ME, PS

Is that possible to add this (some or all) this countries ? Even if there is not much information about them ...
