Say you have a video with the bookmarks from PG "mark1" at 01:00 "mark2" at 02:00 "mark3" at 03:00
if you want to add a bookmark "mark2-3" between "mark2" and "mark3" the ordering (every other category top/bottom) would be messed up.
Instead of having the position: UP, DOWN, UP, DOWN...it would be UP, DOWN, DOWN, UP
