Can't install release from 28 Apr #69

Tested in win 8.1, win 7 and XP. Download release from 28 Apr (twice), try to run setup an error message show: "PGV5 stop working" and the only option is close program.

sorry, only win 10 is supported. chances are you need to install .net framework 3.5
