Needed: A onepager outlining the benefits of having a template for all PEC websites built on the basis of the PSD. Based on the current discussion with PCF.

Goal is to clarify if a template for PEC websites is helpful and would be accepted by the responsible markets.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] 1-2 Presentation slides, containing: The goal. The PSD. The benefits (design & dev).
[ ] Timing: Onepager must be ready until 22.7.
