The Porsche Motorsport Hub will be relaunched in 2024. We support this project with design impulses and ideas. The PMH will be relaunched from scratch, with the overall goal to create a contemporary content hub experience.
Our goal is to create a pilot that shows, how a brand appropriate digital experience from Porsche should look and feel like in terms of features, interactions, animations, transitions and content – based on the design system.
Notes
In January, there will be a proper kick-off together with the new agency and the Porsche Motorsport Team.
For this meeting, we prepare a little presentation with some design drafts, ideas and impulses to throw them in a first brainstorming.
All Ideas and Designs must be based on the following brand dimensions:
Pure design, rather minimalistic, high-quality aesthetics (Simple interactions, pure layouts, top notch visuals, elegant animations & transitions...)
Surprising and inspiring (Storytelling elements like videos / articles, out-of-the-box elements like gaming features, ...)
Which features / elements must be considered for the renewed PMH?
Possible elements, that we could wrap our brains around:
Racedashboard: Overview with all relevant information regarding a specific racing day, information about the racetrack, historical information, live timing (positioning, driver, lap times, team, manufacturer, dnf or pit?, ...)
Table with results: A module, that presents all relevant results at a glance, information about the specific race series (who's leading, how many races to go, race calendar, ...)
Livetiming: Visualization of a Livetiming Module, that must also work nicely on mobile devices
360° Turntable: PMH will also be a selling / promotional platform for GT racing cars. Idea is to integrate 360° experiences of GT cars.
