Makes sense to me that we have at least one blog post before we publish this.

To make blogging actually something that we will do, let's define the "why?", "how?", "what?" and "who?" precisely:

Why do we publish blog posts? (e.g. content marketing, to show expertise to potential customers and potential applicants)
What are the topics that we would like to post blog posts about?
Who is allowed to write blog posts?
What is the time budget for blogging?
What is the process for publishing a blog post?
- Who needs to approve before a blog post gets published?
What do we do after we have published a blog post? E.g. post a twitter message, post on LinkedIn.
How do we track the success of our blog posts regarding marketing efforts? E.g. track views that lead to project request and track views that lead to job application with Google Analytics.
