Setting very large values for range and limit does not actually work #140

How to replicate:

  1. Set the block limit and range to max in the in-game mod options.
  2. Get a diamond tool, or an otherwise high-durability or unbreakable tool.
  3. Veinmine the appropriate block (dirt/sand/etc for shovel, for example)
  4. Watch as the tool only breaks a relatively small area.
