New Curse doesn't have manifests #54

When you download their new "Modpack file", you get a .cipp file, that contains the following `<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes"?>

` ^ this is for a Sky factory 3 So, how do I get manifest from this?

UPDATE: Workaround: just download it from FTB website https://www.feed-the-beast.com/projects/ftb-presents-skyfactory-3/files/2481283

The workaround doesn't work if the modpack insn't on FTB.
