Improve Email Notification Message When Adding Plan Collaborators #701

Description
When adding a collaborator to a plan, the added email may or may not already exist in the db. When it does not, the sent email greets the recipient with the message Hello First Name Surname
This could be improved. Rather than Hello First Name Surname, maybe it would be best to change the message to Hello %{email}?
