What version of the DMPRoadmap code are you running? (e.g. v2.2.0)

v4.1.0

Expected behaviour:

Localisation for TinyMCE user interface, such as menu items, dialogs, and tooltips.

Actual behaviour:

User interface is English only

Diagnosis

The upcoming v4.1.0 upgrade removes some custom localisation code that we used to implement (here)
It appears that some other code that was necessary for the TinyMCE localisation was removed during the v3.1.0 upgrade (here)
